All was good except for the lady on smith Ave that booked the uhaul told me I could drop the uhaul back off at Smith Ave location & i ended up getting charged wrong drop off 250$.

There was no personnel at my drop off times, but location is very clean grounds.

John EGet a better checkout procedure. Picking up this truck was a very bad and long experience. It refused to "recognize" the GPS location that the truck was at and made us 3 hours late getting loaded and on the road. If I ever have to use Uhaul again, I will not get it from an online site.
jeffery pCab and truck was dirty, vehicle maintenance needs to be done on the truck. Cab smelled horrible
