As far as helpful- after I talked to Emmie and she wasn't happy that I was mad- they got me on the phone to the main customer service because they weren't able to release the truck to me and that person on the phone was professional and helpful and got the truck released to us. It was a nightmare experience. Then we began driving to other locations. The first one wasn't open( at 9:00 am ) and then a location about 3 miles from there was very nice and got us a dolly.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThis is the second truck in the past 3 days I have rented that has given me the wrong fuel gauge and I am now waiting on my refund for the amount I was charged
Sandrra Tlocation owner said the uhaul site was down when i arrived so i did self check-in per his suggestion
Shane SThe truck price is good but the rate for miles is extremely high. The rental should come with miles and then charged if you go over them
Larry BI was transferred to this location after my original location didn't have any trailers. Worked out okay except for the 20 additional miles to the new location. My original reservation said it was guaranteed, but I guess not.
