Numerous problems with this. This location was not actually a Uhaul rental facility. It was a gas station out in a rural "neighborhood". The lady managing gas station had nothing to do with Uhaul, but was friendly and helpful to let me know I needed a code to open a locked box which held the key to the truck I was picking up. So, I don't have that code, because I hadn't yet paid for the truck, as instructed by another U-Haul dealership. I was specifically told to wait to pay for it until I picked it up. So I had cash on me because I wasn't sure if my bank would allow such a large debit.... It's pouring rain and I'm trying to pay for this thing over the phone with the u-haul representative on the line... An hour and 20 minutes later, after numerous resets and advice from her supervisor, I I am finally able to make the payment for the truck and get the code. The truck however was parked in a huge puddle all around the entire truck, no way to avoid it, with water well up over my shoes. So I have to drive with stopping wet clothes shoes and hair back to where I live, and did I mention that this location was 40 minutes drive from home? I had to take an Uber to get there, which cost $50, and the truck's gas tank was less than half filled ...ALL IN ALL, I Do Not recommend this situation or location.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisAnnoying squealing noise from engine compartment. Possible bad idler pulley. I'm glad I had a short trip. The noise would have been intolerable for someone using this vehicle on a long trip.

ADAM MThe location was fine. But I was supposed to pick up the truck Friday at 6PM and sat on hold with customer support for an hour to be told I had to come back the next day. Customer Support was not helpful. I drove an hour round trip to get there and the lady was less than understanding. She gave me my $50 deposit back, which to my understanding I would have gotten back anyways. Very frustrating when you have people helping you move from 5 hours away and you have to wait 12 hour to get the truck.
Veronica HThe person at this location was fine and did her job. Uhaul was supposed to have a 20 foot truck at a location near my house. I made the reservation quite a bit in advance. They called the day before I was to pick up the truck and informed me the one I wanted was not available but I could pick up a much smaller one a 35 minute drive away. They refused to do anything to make it right. Will be looking at other companies in the future. Uhaul has lost a customer.
