Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisU-Haul was filthy and didn’t have the dolly’s or furniture pads I ordered with it.
ASIA MThe gentleman in the store was superb!
LOURDES VThis was a nightmare. I first got a call telling me the U haul wasn’t returned. So once I get to the store the truck is there but then there’s a discrepancy with the mileage. So once we get that straightened out, I was charged $17.25 for gas that I had already put back in the truck. I was told to call U-Haul in the morning for a reimbursement when all they had to was do it while I was on n the phone.
REGINA MTruck was absolutely filthy with trash and food containers in the front and back with food still in it. Someone had spilled something all over the front cabin and it was sticky and smelled. Worst part is that I was charged an extra cleaning fee because I returned the truck cleaner than when I picked it up. Definitely not happy.
