The clerk asked if we could drop the truck off at a different location than was our destination, we did agree to do that. What was not explained was that the mileage to the drop off place would be charged to us as extra mileage. This is a very dishonest policy.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisWiFi was not working took extended time to get through the paperwork Young lady working was very apologetic and pleasant
Thomas EThey gave my reserved 20' truck to someone else and I had to take a 26', which was way to big for my job and cost me more gas. They did give me a discount, so that helped.
DAVID KThis location is in a great spot. The young woman who assisted, was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It was an ease to setup the rental.
JOHN VExcellent service. I highly recommend this place. The equipment was in perfect condition. If I need to rent U-Haul equipment again, I will certainly come back to this location.
