Educate your phone reps that a 6 x12 with a gate will not work for a 5'5†ITV that was explained that was what I was hauling. Never was it said that the rear bulkhead was not open to 6 ft. I drove 600 miles and could not load my unit. Rental cite was great but your phone people suck I will never rent from u again 🤬😡😡🤬 900 following on FB know about it and I sake do them to please share. Get your shit together and take care of your mistakes

Their computer was down when I checked it in at 6:07 PM on 12/19/20. Didn't' get it checked in to following day. Got overcharged $9.04 and had to dispute it to get credit. Overall a bad experience. Too much time spent calling to get it corrected!!

After being forced into a box van, rented a pickup first. The Van's right front tire kept losing air, plus the tires were almost to the wear indicator and in the rain it did hydroplane on us once, the windshield wipers were terrible, the left headlight was way to high, the right light was pointing almost straight down. The tow dolly had low tire (17psi) which you couldn't tell till you put a car on it. I've used uhaul alot and the location is great and the service is fantastic but this time the vehicle was dangerous and stressful on my trip.

Jake was very helpful with this rental. I tried to rent from another location via phone and had several issues. BUT I spoke to Jake and he quickly assured me that he could take care of me. Great customer service skills. I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing to rent in this area.

Owner of the store was rude and hateful because Corp gave me a discount because a reserved trailer was not available in my area. He mubled rude comments and then refused to give us any paper work. Said if we needed a printed copy to print it ourselves that he sent it via email. The trailer we noticed had clearly been over weighted previously as the floor was unlevel. We never imagined it would pull differently. But this trailer was all over the road. Everytime a bump was hit it pulled hard to one side. We informed him when we turned the trailer back in simply so he could have it serviced and his response was that I already got a discounted service and I shouldn't complain. I just didnt wanna see someone with less experience try and pull this trailer and end up in an accident. Next time I do not care if the rental is free. I would NEVER return to this location.

The guy who checked us in was very polite and friendly and a former NJ resident like ourselves. We were given two other locations to drop one there was no answer and the 2nd one did not take trailers. We found this location ourselves and Jig the owner was very helpful. Would recommend him to anyone in the area. The regional office was the problem.
