I was upgraded to a 26-foot truck to assist with making my willingness to take a Load Share work. I needed the larger truck to ensure that I could get all of my belongings into the truck and tow the Load Share. My pickup location was changed the day before my pickup. I was "guaranteed" that the truck I ordered would be ready for pickup via the U-Haul app. I was instructed to use the U-Haul app because the business where I picked up the truck would not be open at the time I needed the truck. When I arrived, I found that the truck assigned to me was a 20-foot truck. There weren't any 26-foot trucks at the site that I could see. I let customer service know via the app that I was supposed to have a 26-foot truck. I got no response to that. I didn't have time to try to find a 26-foot truck. I took the 20-foot truck. I ended up leaving a couple of pieces of furniture beyond that would not fit in the truck.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI was initially set to return the truck to Ben’s Auto in Rancho Cucamonga. When I arrived there at the drop off time, I was told the facility was full and I needed to take the truck to another location. I was somewhat upset and insisted to know where I should take the truck. The rep gave an address approximately 2 miles away. While there were 2 other U-Haul truck parked outside the location, the store front SP Auto wasn’t open for business. After waiting several minutes, their front door unlocked and I left the truck keys with the person at SP Auto.
William JVery frustrated: 1. Wrong pick up address was provided by the U-Haul app, I lost an hour trying to pick up online in another U-haul rental place. 2. I was overcharged twice, for no reason. I rented 7-8 hours. 3. I used only a dozen of moving blankets, but was charged as if I used 10 dozens, I communicated this to an assistant, they didn’t adjust the price
