Brad MThe trailer was not cleaned out at all; there was garbage in it. The person who helped us was great - personable and helpful. She had arranged for us to drop off at the Gasoline alley location, which we did. When we received a text that we didn't return it, we called her and she remembered those arrangements. She said she'd investigate and next day we received the confirmation of the return. Great service!
