Mr. Dave was incredibly helpful, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. His positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the entire experience stress-free. As someone who works in the moving industry, I truly appreciate outstanding customer service when I see it. Mr. Dave is a great asset to U-Haul, and I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone needing moving or rental services. Thank you again, Mr. Dave, for the exceptional service!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisDave was great at checking us out!
jaye wThe man in charge was spot on I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with him, he was helpful, kind & funny. He had the correct adaptor for my motorhome. Great & easy experience.
Fred HIt is a convenient location. However the rental was not clean and smelled of cigarettes terribly. There were cigarette butts crunched on the floor, ash on the floor board and some sort of liquid spilt every where in the cup holder and on the dash.
Christopher PMy truck reservation was not available at the location (Billings, MT) as expected. We had to drive an extra 54 miles (both ways) to pick up a truck of the same size. Very disappointed! U-Haul did not offer any compensation for this major inconvenience.
