This location is a bit rough around the edges... Many businesses out of one location...the way we have to do business in this area. The guys are so helpful, friendly and the equipment is always clean and ready to go...our community is blessed to have our U-haul.

Staff was very friendly and helpful at issuing dealer. Equipment had issues and had to wait several hours to get the use of the other truck. Biggest issue. Need to go from Point A to Point B but the uhaul has to get dropped off at Point C. Mileage was google mapped from A to C without letting me go to B. On route got looking and realized going to be about a 100 miles out and do you think uhaul or any of the dealers could help or eat the extra bill. So now i'm taking every conceivable back road road allowance crossing fields etc. to keep the mileage down

Uhaul had us returning to a location that is no longer a uhaul dealer. After driving 40 miles to that location, we had to drive another 50 miles the next day to return. How does your software not know where your dealers are?

We took our trailer over to the drop off. No one was there ( although the website said they were open on Sunday) of the national office told us to drop the trailer and leave a note. That’s what we did, doing it all on our own and the Trailer was not checked in until today, Tuesday ( and only after we called to tell them it was in their lot).

The location was dark dirty and the people there didnt explain that there was a leak in the truck. I read it on the contrack after i signed it.

The owner of the facility friendly, and truck fine. It's the building, as he describes it "a man cave"...and I said "a very large man cave". Clearly runs multiple used businesses out of the place. Rather eery.
