I turned my truck in at 8:30 AM on Sunday October 4, 2026. My U haul app would not work to let me check in the truck. I called the number of the drop off location multiple times. The sign on the door said they would open at 10:00 am that Sunday. They never did. I called multiple times and left voice messages. I took pictures and video of me dropping off the truck and putting the key in the box. Someone from U haul called me on Monday and I explained what happened she told me the drop off location was closed until Tuesday the 6th and they would check in my truck then. I was charged a $20 late drop off fee by U haul and would appreciate a refund.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe location was great, but this was not the location that I had originally ordered the truck from. The changing of equipment and pick up location definitely complicated my move and created additional costs that I did not intend.

GERALD HPeople reserve equipment because they specifically need that equipment. I rented a truck and a dolly and there was no dolly. That made the job way more difficult
Ryan PCustomer Service was exceptional. The rental process was efficient and professional. When you are looking for a location in Redmond Oregon to rent a moving truck, I highly recommend this business location.
