When I arrived at the location, I was sent the code to open the key DROP box. After several unsuccessful attempts to open the lock to the key PICK UP box, I had to call customer service and after several "security" verification questions, I was given the correct code to retrieve the key. i must note that when I opened the DROP box, there was a contract in there that was dated 02/2026. I've seen the two 20' trucks in the lot for at least 6mths now, so not sure why it was so difficult to get the truck, as I was first told that there was no availability in Refugio. Smh
