I had booked this rental online at a different location that was more convenient for me. Two days prior to the booking I was contacted to change locations. When I went to pick up the vehicle the clerk could not help me and called someone else so the while transaction was done over the phone. Even though I had done everything online I still had to go over everything again. It was 45 minutes before I was finally on the road. When I went to leave I turned on the windshield wipers to clear the morning dew, and the wiper blades were so bad they did not clear the windshield. The fuel level was under 1/4 tank so I had to add fuel prior to travel. This makes it extremely difficult calculating how much fuel to add for the relatively short distance I had to travel and still return it with the same amount of fuel. This experience was the worst I have ever had with uhaul and will make me find other options for my next rental needs.

Satbir TI like the guy I spoke with on the phone. He gave clear instructions. The person in the store is also great.
Ferdinand PThe app wasn’t working to check in and it took 30 mins to even get the truck checked out. That ate into our rental time and had to rush to get it back. Then on drop off the same happened and it wouldn’t let me take pictures and it was a huge hassle
