Well the dude did t seem to know how to use the app. It took half an hour to get the keys in hand. He also didn’t add my secondary driver? Just backed out of the screen on the app. The location was wild - I’ve never been somewhere that literally sells crackpipes but here we are. I get why u-haul has to offer discounts on mileage to get people to pick up there. We were also charged the full 4 hours even though it took 30 mins to check out.

Linklater SEverything is good except we couldn't get our dolly as booked which made our moving very tough..
Ramesh GBuilding was closed over the long weekend. No drop off box available for keys. Called uhaul 1800 number and they very helpful. Had to leave keys in the cab of the truck. No safe or secure for such a big company. In our point of view if they can't provide a drop off box, they shouldn't be allowed to be a drop off point for U-Haul.
Diane CThe employee was very slow and did not seem to know how to check out a vehicle - they had to call someone for help and made me speak to that person. Additionally, they were the only employee in the store and had to stop assisting me every time another customer came in. It took around 45 minutes for pickup - when it should have taken five.
