The gas tank wasn't even full, it was on 3/4 of a tank. When I returned the uhaul I was charged another $30 for gas when in fact I put the needle back to where it was. Unacceptable.

Just want to say whoever owns this site is incredible. He called me and went out of his way to make sure I was happy when there was a slight blip because the person before me was running late with the truck I was supposed to use. Really happy with the service and the van that I got.

Actually take care of your vehicles. This one probably had not had the windshield wipers changed in years and I doubt the air filter was maintained either as I only got around 6mpg - even when empty.

When dropping off, had to do on phone, absolutely no service and couldn't turn the vehicle in. I turned it back the exact time I picked up and they charged me an extra $40 bc I " took it longer" even though I didn't, you can see the time I picked up and time I dropped off. No one there to help you with the process at all! It was horrible experience!

I rented a UHaul Van to move two items only: a loveseat and a chair. I hired professional movers through UHaul. Nothing! Absolutely nothing justified the $25 cleaning fee when I left not a string, dirt, paper, pencil, or anything else that was not in the van when I picked it up. Customers should not pay for the failure of a Uhaul service center to adequately clean or at least check its equipment before use. This charge was totally bogus.

They charged $7.50 extra, perhaps for fuel which is not legitimate. I returned the truck exactly the way it was given to me with exact fuel level. I explained this to the caretaker by sending an email but I did not get any response so far even after three days.

More than $ 81 was taken from my account. Completed, the agreement was made for it. I did not use the truck for less than two hours. I don't know why this amount was withdrawn. They told me that the rest of the money will be returned and they did not.

Here again, I do have an issue with this location. The needless $20 feel I got slammed with because the Grease Monkey person failed to explain after hours drop offs was compounded by me getting hit with another $40 charge, which on one in UHaul can seem to explain what it is. I asked the store tech at Reston Mobile what it was and he pointed me to UHaul. I called UHaul and the person I spoke to there did not know. I filed a customer request for review of what the $40 dollars charge is for and no one seems to know. It can't be a fuel charge because I returned the truck with half a tank and checked it out with 1/3 a tank. The think is I love using UHaul. In fact, over the years I have always had a good experience with your company, but this $60 in charges, of which $40 on one can seem to explain, is causing me to feel I have been taken advantage of. First by picking up from a site where it was clear they were too busy to be taking proper care of a UHaul customer and here locally, by a site which I think they stuck me with a $40 charge they they nor corporate UHaul seems to be able to explain. I will note I have a pending request for review of the entire $60 in charges. Waiting to see how that turns out and hopefully UHaul reverses these added charges.
