I reserved a truck close to where I was moving from (Paradise) and received a call the day before that there would not be a truck there. I had to switch to a farther location (the Rhome location noted) and pick up an hour later than I reserved. The truck had a quarter tank of gas and the engine light was on. I had reserved two dollys and some blankets and those were not with the truck and the location said they did not have any dollys so there wsa nothing they could do. We were moving very large, heavy furniture, so this made our move very difficult.
