The location is in what feels like a junk yard. The truck was blocked in by multiple vehicles and trucks and took. Long time to get out. I was told this location had Dollie's and carts only to find nope. This is a construction zone that only houses like 4-5 trucks. We were worried there was nails or other construction materials where the truck was parked. The truck bed was covered in dirt.

The service was fine but the office was very unclean and messy and we had to wait 10 minutes while they serviced a customer for their millwork business. I thought this was the U-Haul store front location because it was Shell Road. It would be nice if it was clear on the website the type of location.
JYRKI NLocation is 12 minutes away from YVR, accessible location. The Chinese representative is friendly, parking is great. I got lost due to lack of preparation on my part as to where to locate to drop it. But apart from my mistake, everything is fine.
PETER EHave the truck ready. Have working AC. Have a little more gas for a long trip. Have the GPS work for virtual pick up. Have the truck parked in a spot so you can easily do the condition report.
