Kenneth VIt took 30 minutes to receive the truck keys despite completing reservation and pre check-in online. While waiting, they kept asking me why I didn’t use the mobile check in, what would I have done if they weren’t there, and walking off multiple times in the middle of completing my check in to help other customers. They said the servers were slow on weekends, which no problem there I understand, it was just an overall off-putting experience and felt like it took way longer than it should have.
Mason KBoth driver and passenger sides were dirty, muddy floor. When we were half way through putting our stuff in the box, the rain water started to come in and we had to scramble and move all our stuff out of the way --- lost 1 whole day.
