Two separate lock boxes at location. Be helpful to have signs indicating U-Haul box. Online app didn't give lock combination .. had to spend 1hr on phone to find someone to give me the code. Incredibly frustrating

Was not aware no one would be there on a Saturday. Took an hour to pick up the truck. The lock box was hidden on the other side of the building. A very frustrating experience.
REBEKAH Hparking lot was hard to park in
MARIBEL AIt was a bit challenging to drop the van off after hours. There were no spaces to park, so I had to be creative. Otherwise, all went well.
ROSALEE JPlease inform the customer that they can not drop the vehicle off at another location. I was told I could to find out at the other lo action that I would be charged 3 times the initial cost to rent. Luckily I got done earlier enough to drop back off at original location without being charge. However, I was late for my next appointment due to having to drive back to that kacation after being told I could drop the truck off at another location.
