Inside my unit was covered in white powder had to call the fire department and an ambulance because what ever it was burning our hands. They sent someone the next day to clean it . He vacuumed up a pile and left I spent the next 5 hours cleaning and moving my things to an other unit. I cant even express how angry I am. You can call me at #321-353-1484

William S | Online Move InThe AC unit went out and we pay monthly for a climate controlled unit. It was never fixed. The alarm went off every time we opened our unit. It could never be fixed. The unit we still have is the unit that the AC is broken. The on site staff is not helpful. She is rude at times.

Kenya H | Overall ExperienceIt would have been helpful if staff were on site. It took me 4 hours to get everything working and 4-5 phone calls to uhaul for support. However, once I was transferred to a person who serviced this location (Dustin or Justin) I received wonderful phone support and he was able to get things working for me after a few phone calls. All of this could’ve been avoided, however, if there was staff on site.
