I’m very disappointed with my first experience. I was charged for mileage that I did not drive. I drove approximately 10 miles total, but somehow I was charged for 136 miles. I’m not sure how such a large discrepancy occurred. I have already filed a claim with a representative and am currently waiting for this issue to be resolved, as I am owed a significant refund for the incorrect mileage charges. Unfortunately, this experience has made me hesitant to book with this company again. Customers should be charged accurately and should not have to go through the process of disputing charges for mileage they did not drive. I hope this issue is corrected promptly.

Shafi MThe process is stupid I use this service every year twice a year not sure why the info it not saved and no not the ids etc but the friend or someone else info should not have to go through that every time it's just always something new last time I got overpriced on the miles at a different location made a complaint and never heard from u haul if this wasn't a last resort I definitely wouldn't give u another dollar hopefully by August I can use home depo they have better pricing and unlimited miles
