They removed the dolly we rented from our reservation without telling us until we were picking up the truck. The truck was also on empty. We barely had enough gas to get to the gas station. They also did not give us the 50 extra miles they said they were going to give us.

Harold PVehicle was dirty with very low fuel, no attendant. Had to call and wait 2 hrs for attend to arrive. She was very nice when she did arrive but no prior communication on where to get keys or how to hook up if we didn’t want to wait.
Lathan FThere was no one to see at the pickup location. Only spoke to a person on the phone. The truck that was given to me did NOT have tires suitable for Pacific Northwest driving for winter. Because of this and the laws of the states, I was forced to buy chains for a truck that was not my own, otherwise face a severe penalty if pulled over. The truck also threw a code on the braking system and when service was called, I was told that if I was on the side of the road broken down, it would be 12 hours before someone would be there. The brakes on the truck were bad and need maintenance however I was able to operate it only because of the years of driving experience I have.
