The vehicle had damage to the fuel line so I would rather pick up from a U-Haul location in the future. The staff was great it was just the vehicle condition as it was just in a public parking lot.

Tamika COdometer meeting was wrong
rayhan KU Haul rep I talked to on the 800 number was fantastic! Very professional when I called about my concerns with what the gentleman was telling me at pick up. The person at the counter when I picked it up needs customer service training. He would not look up by my reservation number and kept telling me I did not have a reservation and was very confrontational. He also told me I had to fill up the tank to 1/4 when it was on 1/8. I used 5 miles worth of gas. What company makes you pay for gas you did not use? Even the rep at U Haul said that was not true. I will continue to use U Haul…just not from that facility. He said U Haul gave me a 24.00 gas credit…I told him im not even going 7 miles round trip and I am not putting 24.00 in the tank, he told me U Haul would charge me. That is when I called U Haul and they said that was untrue.
