Though they had a limited number of vehicles to choose from, they had exactly what I wanted/needed. Friendly staff. East in, easy out. I'd go here anytime.

The seal on the drivers window had an issue and the entire ride we had to listen to a high pitched whistle from this window. It was awful

Stephanie GluchackiThe process for checking the vehicle in and out is needlessly byzantine, requiring repeated attempts at logging in, and usually involving a rather lengthy call to tech support, which inevitably runs through at least three centers before reaching someone who can actually assist. Either make the website so that someone without three degrees in Computer Science can use it, or return good old reliable pen and paper.
Jonathan RyderFred's is great. The truck was fine, no issues. The on-line process was difficult and frustrating. (U-haul website/automation issues). It requires you to attach pictures, but the camera is not enabled. You have to figure out how to allow that browser to enable the camera for that site... Once you fix that, and try to go back to the site, it resets and you have to start all over. Then, it needs a second "validation". I had it call my wife's cell phone, but that went straight to voicemail... Finally called support, and they "approved" the rental. This confusion had us sitting in the parking lot for almost a half hour, using two cell phones, to get this done. We're pretty tech-savvy people. Others would have been even more challenged and frustrated.
