The attendant was nice enough. I spent about five hours driving this unit. The front tires need to be balanced. The front brakes need the rotors turned to reduce the brake pulsation. The front windshield should be replace. I looks as if something was sprayed on it that etched the glass. I tried to clean it but it wouldn't clean. Was hard to see thru when the sun was shining on it.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisTold the rep that I would turn it in at a different location and they charged me for not turning it in here. I have disputed it and have been told that it will take three business days for the district manager to reach out but I am highly upset that I told the representative multiple times that it would not be coming back to this location. The location we did turn it into gave us the third degree because SOS did not take any pictures before we left so definitely do not recommend this place for any rental cuz who knows if they're putting the correct information in

DAVID MEngine light was on and was told it was catalytic converter. Drove pretty well but breaks didnt feel very safe
CHYREL SHard to make sure we were at the right location or that equipment was where it was supposed to be.
