Super easy return. The staff member/ clerk completed all needed information on his phone so we didn’t have to do all the check in app stuff after a long drive from DC and an unload. This is a convenience store / gas station, so don’t return during peak store times. We made our return at 7pm and it was a breeze. Highly recommend!

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisExcellent customer service. This pickup location is a corner convenience store at a very busy Intersection in Rock Hill. With only one employee and customers coming in and out at random to buy everything from Gatorade to lottery tickets, I was very impressed with the hospitality, service and consideration at this location.
