The U-Haul app was not user friendly. I had to call for help both picking up and dropping off.

The app didn’t work and the people you speak to over the phone were not able to resolve the extra day charge of $74 on my credit card when the contract an representative that rented the truck clearly stated the return time was 1:00. The facility at the drop off was closed and the people over the phone were limited with the help they could provide.
DARI HWould much rather deal with a person than the app…great job otherwise.
JOHN HTank was on empty, instructions for picking up and returning truck after hours was not mentioned before you had to do them. Would have liked to know exactly what I would have to do to pickup and return BEFORE doing it.
