BLUF: Because of U-Haul's issues (not entirely the fault of this location) I spent an extra hour picking up the truck, and an extra $145 to moving help because of delays. First, I got an email a day or two before the pick up date saying I would get a free upgrade to a 20 foot truck, and that a U-Haul person would call me. I never got a call. Second, the messages from U-Haul told me to pick up my truck at a location which I had requested, and which was much more convenient for me. But when I got there, the U-Haul app wouldn't work--it gave me no error message, but it wouldn't allow me to pick up the truck I had asked to rent. So I went in to the office, and was told I needed to go to a different place (apparently they didn't have the size truck I had requested). Third, about this location: I could not use the U-Haul app to pick up my truck here either (an unclear message about the location not being a 24/7 place, although this was after 10 AM on a Saturday). So I went in to the gas station to arrange things. There was only one person on duty, who in addition to helping me had to sell stuff, give receipts for gas, etc. It was also clear that he had not done this before--that's not his fault, and he was apologetic about the delay, but the result was that it took nearly an hour to get the keys to the truck. In between his other duties, he phoned his boss (I presume that's who it was) for instructions. I'm not sure the boss was familiar with the procedure either, and I ended up using the worker's phone to supply information to him that I had already provided on-line. All in all, an extremely unsatisfying operation--and again, not the fault of this location that I went to the wrong place first, nor that the U-Haul app didn't work in either location. It's the U-Haul company's fault for not telling me to go to the right location in the first place, and for the app not being any use at all for picking up the truck. Because of the hour delay (first going to the wrong place, then having to work through a long process at the "right" place), I had to pay the pre-arranged moving helpers at the loading location an extra $70 for waiting around while I got the truck, and $75 at the drop-off location because of the delay at the other end.

Honestly it was a really easy transaction and process.
Kathleen CI really had no interaction with anyone there.
Enuolare NEXTREMELY SMALL AND BUSY/CROWDED PARKING LOT - should NOT be used for returning trucks, even the smaller 10ft size. Nearly impossible to get photos of the vehicle when returning it. Store employee seemed to have no knowledge of where the key drop-box location was and was very unhelpful.
