When I picked up the truck it only had 5/8 tank of fuel and the lady said no worries she would document it on my paperwork and when I got to the Florida drop spot the website tried to charge me almost $60 for returning it with 6/8 of a tank

He then called the day of rental and was in a hurry for me to return the trailer because he had another customer. And also wanted me to text him a picture of the trailer hooked to my truck. With no thank you or sorry for your inconvenience. Acted like I was an employee of his. Very arrogant and unprofessional.
