I went online and it showed no trailer available . I drove by and they clearly had 2 available,so the internet site was wrong There was no one to check equiptment,in or out, or make any mechanical couplings or safety checks The clerck gave me a phone number to call locally , but I got no answer, and by the time I went online, and went to another U haul location, The owner finally called, and the other location, which showed the trailer I needed, did not have the trailer. So I wasted a lot of time , and gas running around looking for the right trailer Now, all that being said, I did manage to get the trailer I needed, and I completed my days work on time Also the Loation on Highway 411 is a super convienient location for a u haul So my review is a mixed bag

Reserved online same as I've done many times before but have never picked up from this location. Guy at the counter told me I had to have a paid confirmation email instead of a reservation confirmation email. Tried canceling reservation then reserved again in front of the guy, still said that was incorrect. Call uhaul and the lady even said he didn't know what he was doing and tried to talk him through it but he wouldn't do as he was told. The lady told me to hook trailer up and sent link to submit photos of trailer hooked up and region managers number to submit payment. Will never use this location for anything again
BRIAN MFood Mart Convenience /Gas Station. Clerk took info from my cellphone and said go get it!! No furniture blankets avaible as ordered.
Augustus KOnly one person behind the register at this convenience store. Didn't offer to help un-hitch the trailer and I had to ask him to provide a signature indicating I had dropped off the trailer.
