The lady checking me out seemed unsure of how to do so. I asked if it would be better for me to do self check in and she said yes please, but she continued to work on it while I did. She did get it working. I do know as a former uhaul neighborhood location the system can lag and that is not her fault. I believe that is what happened as she completed the check in while I shopped for a drink. She was very nice
ROBYN HNo one knew what was going on. I spoke to the store manager and he said someone would be available to help hook the car hauler to the truck. The lady running the store had no clue. I hooked it up myself. The rear chain on the hauler was defective and I pointed it out to her. Clueless. I would like a discount for having to deal with clueless people.
Charles KWe had a blow out which crest hardship for us and to top it off, I was approved for an hour and a half extra to get the trailer back however they still charged me although it was their fault they rented a faulty equipment
