The associate had to call someone to find out how to check in a truck and a car hauler, was unable to assist in untying the vehicle from the car hauler because evidently he did not know how. The associate also said that the fuel gauge was slightly less than what I had received it at which was a quarter tank and I returned it with a needle on the quarter tank mark. I was charged for 3 gallons of gas at almost $6 per gallon. I do not recommend this location, avoid if at all possible.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisIt seemed like the personnel at Afford Truck Stop had no clue how to find a contract or how to check in a trailer. It is listed as 24 hour drop off. I could not imagine dropping off after hours There would be know way that would work out. The experience was like they had never had a U Haul Return. Ultimately it worked out but it was an arduous and time consuming task.
Richard KI asked for a dolly along with trailer. My daughter picked trailer up but didn’t realize there was no dolly. The man at the U-Haul place was difficult and angry to deal with. I was called by U-Haul and asked why a dolly and 2 furniture pads were not returned and I explained what happened and I was still charged for those items to be replaced.
