truck was not in the lot at the location but was instead parked on a back street behind the location, which was closed, and which did not provide the furniture blankets and hand truck that I had reserved. Location was also 14 miles away from the site I chose when I reserved, and I wound up paying 20 extra miles (=$20) at the end of my rental.
John MIt was not easy to identify, it was unclear if we were in the right location and it took some time for someone to assist us. We then had to drive to another location to actually see and get the truck.
EMMA FI was only late for 30 mins to return the truck but I was charged extra half of the original payment.
