Came in and rented 1 more day paid for it in cash, cashier did not input the amount i paid so when I brought it back , showed i still owed, after about 35 minutes, it was fixed.
Everything worked like clockwork. the employees were very knowledgeable and helpful.
The tire pressure was at 19 psi and should have been 40 psi. I had to take the dolly to a service station and put air in the tires.
I presented a certificate for $20. The cashier could not figure out how to apply it to the rental. She was able to apply part of it to an Item bought and said the remainder of the certificate would be applied to rental when card is charged. Well, that did not happen. Train your employees.

No frills location. Personnel are very cordial and helpful. The dispatch office required us to return the truck to this location even though it was 49 miles and a 1 hour drive from our residence. Numerous U-Haul locations were considerably closer. U- Haul did however give us a $50 break because of that driveðŸ‘â¤ï¸

Very friendly, excellent location. Equipement is in good condition . Only critique - When getting the equipment, the line is usualy long and slow, but super good service.
First trailer they offered me had a very big gash in one of the tires. The trailer I ended up with had a broken leaf spring discovered upon return. This trailer was very dirty, and did not appear to be mechanically maintained properly.
The truck was not clean, the body was dirty, and while someone wiped down the interior, the glass was so dirty I had to clean it so I could see. The furniture pads weren't in it or the dolly. Fortunately they noticed the pads, but no dolly. It took an hour to pick it up due to your system not refunding 82 cents, took forever to sort that out. The truck was not parked as described on the app, the app didn't work, and I had to go into a very small, crowded space during a pandemic to sort this out. It was supposed to be contactless.
The pickup wait was long, but people were very friendly. The guys helping with pickup and drop-off of the trailer were great!
Uhaul's service worked great for me. Reserved a trailer and it was quick and easy to pick up and to return. Thank you Uhaul. 10/10 would recommend.
The problem was the reservation was screwed up. Not this location's fault. Was fault of 1 800 customer service

The line was very long had to wait at least 20 minutes to a half an hour in order to get the truck. Person was very slow behind the counter. Needed another person to help.
Stop the scheduling managers department from changing dates of pick up last minute notice having their representatives lie to the consumer and regards of reasons why equipment are not available when they are supposed to be also they should honor contract that is signed and paid for prior to pick up of equipment last minute price gouging and worst of all leaving customers hanging to the last minute very disappointed with the price gouging in California it is and should be against the law to do what Uhaul is doing to the consumer in the state of California if this input is actually looked at I would truly appreciate a call 916-221-1988 and I will explain to you exactly the 32 days of torture I endured dealing with UhaulðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡ðŸ˜¡
Outstanding personnel; genuinely friendly and efficient.
The man who I dealt with on 01/02/2021 who checked me out and hooked the motorcycle trailer up to my ford Expedition told me that as long as I brought my rental back by 12:00pm on 01/03/2021 there would be no additional charge; that is, my rental fee in it's entirety would not exceed the originally agreed upon $30.07. On 01/03/2020 my rental was returned at 10:58am. Upon returning my rental we were told by a different employee that we owed an additional fee of $30.10. I disputed this citing the verbal agreement/offer that was made between myself and the man who helped me the Preceding day. When I asked for a manager the man said he would check on it for me. Four minutes later, at 11:02 am the employee returned and told me that after talking with the employee who checked me out the day prior he learned that he was mistaken and that I was right. He said there would be no added fee.... He lied. Right to my face. When I got home and checked my bank account balance I saw that after reassuring me that I was paid in full, he went and charged $30.10 more to my checking account. This is not just dishonesty and stealing, this is fraud. I want my money back. Thoroughly disgusted and appalled at this.
Pick up time was for 7:00 am, was there and had to wait 2 hours until 9:00 am which was their opening time for that day. Was not notified of this upon making appt.
