The store charged me for coverage I didnt approve. I have to call my credit card company to contest the amount because my original receipt I didn't accept coverage. The store owner said I have to have it and it added it back automatically. When I returned at 12:15pm, he wouldn't do the return with me.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI ordered moving pads with the rental, but since the location was changed to the Quick Mart, they weren't available there. Some action could have been taken to fill my request for the pads when the trailer location was changed.
Jeffrey CThe engine light was on from the minute I started the truck. I believe I was overcharged $30 also- for a “safe move” coverage- which I declined but was charged anyway. I’m following up on this. It’s impossible to read all the information they email you before you use the truck. I wasn’t sure my car was safe parked behind the gas station where the rental guy told me to park.
