Not happy that pickup keeps getting moved to farther out locations. I had a hard time understanding the person at the store (language skills). I felt they were giving hard sell on insurance without looking at the online order showing I had already paid for it. Just not the experience I remember having with UHAUL a few years ago.
Calvin CI received a call an hour before I was supposed to pick up my car that it’s no longer available.
Madison HThe app itself is glitchy. Super glitchy
Ben RTruck was clean but only one headlight worked and it was SUPER dim. Like holding up a candle. Please check the headlights.
