Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisThe area that the trucks are parked are not well lit. It was difficult in the dark to navigate to the exit. The registration process was difficult. It’s kinda hard to get a good picture of your drivers license to submit in the dark. Also, when I submitted about extending the rental, the website said it was already reserved for another customer. I was able to do a chat session and was giving a price to extend the rental. I opted not to extend the rental. The truck sat in the same place for 2 days after returning so why would the website not allow me to extend the rental. Overall it was a difficult rental experience although the equipment was clean. The truck did seem to hesitate to go into reverse
Danny PSeemed very unorganized. I rented a round trip, when I dropped off they said we don't do round trips. We finally got that straight then UHaul wanted $50 more and the location or Uhaul couldn't figure it out. Had to go in office while trying to figure it out. It was dirty and had a dog that would jump on you in there. Some of the issues were due to Uhaul. Hopefully will never need to rent from them again.
Tonya MI have been a customer for all of my life but now i am thinking that i am done with UHAUL .Overcharged on fuel i went 59 miles replaced with 5 gallons and charged anyways! You had to call us and wanted to know if we were extending a day rental when we returned it within the 24 hr rental. and even went back to the office to address these issues and nothing resolved except charged near double for the 1 day rental
