Very friendly and nice man checking me in, but didn't know how to check in a trailer, he said he only knew how to check in trucks, so he called a phone number for help. He used a small inexpensive tablet to check me in, he couldn't provide me a copy of the completed contract, he had no printer, he said he would email it to me, he didn't. I called 1-800-go Uhaul the next day to verify I actually got checked in and she emailed me the completed contract. I will not use this drop off location again. I have no confidence in the man running this u-haul location.
