I used the U-Haul app for the drop off, and the app really struggled and took multiple attempts to complete; eventually it went through, but no pictures were uploaded with the return

Joe MThere was an issue with the first location. We called and they were very nice and found us a second location for pickup not far away. We headed out to meet at the agreed time and once again no one was there to meet us. We called for a second time to schedule a third trailer and were then notified the first person had a family emergency and the new person was still 5 plus minutes away. I was then sent to a supervisor who said he would lower my rate to just below 20 dollars. I understand things happen but we lost over an hour and a half of moving time and I also never received the discount as promised. Most everyone was nice and the gentleman at the second location was very pleasant. Overall I was frustrated with Uhaul as a whole, I have rented many times but haven't ever had issues like these.
