Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisGreat service. Very helpful and courteous!
keith wThe only problem I had was that no one contacted me the day before. I had my pick up location as the one I set up online, I only learned that it had changed when I called the morning of pickup to confirm. No one called me to tell me. I would have shown up at the place I had scheduled my pick up and it would have been wasted time and I would have been pretty upset. Once the guy told me where my truck was I was able to call and confirm and it was smooth from there. It would have been better if someone had contacted me from U-Haul letting me know my pickup location had changed.
