I rented a trailer and a dolly for 1 day. When returning the trailer, we forgot the dolly. It was brought back about 2 hours later. I was charged for the dolly AND the trailer for another day. I should have only been charged for the dolly another day.

John HTook two hours to get u-Haul and back to moving location. Problem is not with location it is with U-Haul itself. If I had known I would have to have gone this far to get truck I would have made other arrangements. Will not be using U-Haul again.

Scott TMy pickup location changed twice in a 24-hour period from my initial reservation. The pickup location for my initial reservation was 5 miles from my home. It was then changed to a location 10 miles away. The location where I actually picked up the truck was 45 miles away from home.
