I order 1/2 dozen of blanket, when I pick up, they told me that the blanket are not available, but still charge me. Also, I drove only 12 miles, but I was charged for 16 miles, I didn’t notice it until later when I received the bill through email.

Comment U-Haul Fonctionnement des avisI additionally paid extra for gas and they didn’t honor it. Disappointed. Won’t use again
JASON VEasy checkout process and convenient location near highway 99
Richard DDon’t send a receipt and a text to tell the customer to take a picture of the back of the truck before the rental is actually returned. Plus I wasn’t aware that my rental location was changed. Took me almost and hour to rent a truck, that took an hour off my move time with the movers sitting and waiting.
Lisa MCharged way more than they should. $85 for 5 miles/30 minutes!
