Working with the app after hours was very frustrating and the wait time on the phone was over 30 minutes. The verification process took way too long. Then during the return process on the app, it suddenly ended and did not give directions where to leave truck until I called. Luckily there was no wait time this time since it was late in the evening and in the dark.
