Although I scheduled an appointment for 11:30 a.m. . I did not receive a truck until well after 12:30 no one was available or there at the office. Once I received the truck keys walked around to do inspection take pictures the gentleman who passed the keys to me had left. I'm getting in the truck the gas tank was on empty. Gas light on. I spoke with who I guess was the area manager for Southside Sacramento who assured me she would take care of the issue. By getting my truck so much later I was put behind on my schedule to move and offload things. So I had to keep the truck in additional day. When I called U-Haul to inform them of this I was told it would not be a problem because of the issues I had earlier in the day. However at the end of the day they charged me almost $200 for my truck rental. They did give me the $50 guarantee rental fee for not being on time. And then somewhat discounted my rental I Believe by $43. My rental was supposed to cost me $32.50. it end up costing me $160. I will not be running from this location again. Penske's looking better and better.

Randy KUpon arrival the issuer of the rental was not on property and took over an hour to acquire the vehicle. The vehicle had 0 miles to empty upon pickup. I was charged a deposit of nearly $300 dollars that has still not been returned in addition to making full payment for the rental. Negative experience and would recommend just going to an actual u haul property.
