I was given the keys without any providing a thorough check of the equipment. I noticed a couple of dings so I took pictures of them to avoid being blamed. The cargo hold was also dirty but I didn't think anything of it since my move was quick and the dirt/debris didn't matter. When I return the vehicle I gave the keys to the on-site staff member. All he said was, "You'll receive an email shortly." 40 minutes later I get an email and saw that he charged me a cleaning fee. Not only did he not do the check of the vehicle while I was there, he then charges me a few for his dirty vehicle. Very scammy. I imagine this is common practice for him and he hopes people don't check their receipts. I will avoid using Neighborhood dealers in the future and go straight to the U-Haul stores

JENNIFER GLocation was fine, truck was positioned for easy pulling out into street, and was able to get early in the morning. The trucks transmission wasn’t doing super hot but it got the job done fine.
