Couldn't get me a bigger truck and had no dolly. We picked up truck was happy that they had found a bigger truck but then on way to pick up load they called to let us know they gave us the wrong truck and had to turn it around and bring it back. I called to rent truck weeks before and they got someone else up big truck but not us . We had to make two trips back and forth and still didn't get all my stuff so I was very disappointed. And it would have helped if we had a dolly which I requested when I called for rental first time. No I wouldn't use them again. This saying I'm moving from Florida to Vermont in a week or so so I'll be renting one from Florida in hopes of a better experience.

The staff was very friendly and helpful
WILLIAM MI used the app to pick up the truck. It took me in circles to a dead end. I tried scanning the code on the door. Unsuccessful. My daughter was there trying to contact someone by phone and was on hold. I, in turn, tried calling . Finally I got someone who told me to get out of the app and go to the website! So what's the purpose of the app?! After 25 minutes of my, and my daughter's precious time, I got the truck! Now. I got the truck 25 minutes late and still returned it a day early. I feel, to avoid further verbal negatively about uhaul's service, I should be compensated for the frustration and wasted time. AND! It was returned early!
