Super convenient location and easy drop off. Handled everything via the app and was done in about 10 minutes. Selected 'No' for the personnel being helpful only because there was no one there and facility was closed so had to do everything via the app.

Quick and easy return
RALPH JI was overcharged for mileage and fuel in spite of the fact that I submitted pictures of beginning and ending pictures of the gauges.
Lori GImpersonal customer service, wasn’t impressed!! Not a live person to talk to. Gas gauge wasn’t working. Gas spilled all over me during full up.
DANIEL FI was given a trailer with a flat tire and Rusty hard to operate ratchets. After loading my car I could not open the car door due to transport fender blocking the door, had to crawl out of the window of my car and attendant did not know the fender folded down so that I could open my door. After leaving my window open all night, an acquaintance advised me that defender folded down, and showed me how to do it so that I could get out of my car after rolling the window up. My Corvette ended up with a large ding and scratch in the door because of the transport fender.
