The person helping use was as helpful as he could be given the fact that his system to access the reservation system was down. He had to call in to let me sign in over the phone. Because of this we had to get the truck a couple hours early which put us tight getting the truck returned.

frank AOwner has to be present; other personnel don't know how to process a Reservation. Had to wait 25 minutes until Owner showed up.
Mark MThis location is very user friendly. The owner of this location is according and friendly Will use this location when I need a truck next time
JODY KThe lot was so full of cars (it is a repair shop) that there was no place to park. I thought I was at the wrong location. The man who facilitated the return was nice and helpful, however, they need to make room for the Uhaul vehicles. There was not another one at this location.
