I dropped off the truck at 4:30. There was no one around to assist with truck placement, it was very confusing. The people at the location were condescending and not helpful. The location was not good and hard to navigate. I would not recommend.

Better vehicle maintenance and inspection
STEPHEN Rmany issues with your app to send a screen shot of my driver license, had to go back hoe to try on another phone. it is crazy that i am standing in front you with my license, but you can't accept it
John MHard to find. Difficult to enter
CHRISTOPHER BOnly 432 miles were allotted to my trip. We argued that this was not enough mileage even providing Apple Maps showing this. The gentleman stated I would have to take it up with U-haul which I did. I was passed to three different people none of which could help. I will be disputing the extra mileage charges with AMEX.
