I didn't realize that I was charged for insurance that I didn't need or want until the following day. I had filled out a reservation that indicated that I didn't want it but it was added to my charges without me being specifically asked. The interior of the trailer was OK but the exterior paint was peeling and the unit was very unattractive.

The associate that helped me finish the rental process was not friendly nor helpful. I liked the location, the truck was clean, but the associate turned me off.
JENNIFER GI was happy this location was close to my home, the person was helpful after they found my name and confirmed I was at the correct location, and the office was very clean. It was a quick process!
Julie KThis was a last minute change in rental location by U-Haul, and required settling for a different size trailer than we requested. This added stress and confusion to the rental. This was no fault of the rental location; rather it was an issue with Ubaul corporate. The location was ok to find, and the vendor was very efficient and nice.
