I paid for the dolly but it was not provided and the store was not open, so I was unable to get what I paid for. Sure does make it hard to move without the proper, promised equipment. The truck itself was in decent condition and we had no issues with it.
Bernice S.trying to get the truck was a nightmare. An hour on the phone to get the truck then another 45 min. to check it in. This was the worst time trying to rent a truck. Not to mention paying men to sit around while I try to get truck. Would never recommend to anyone to use the app.
