Provide the material that was requested. Needed 12 moving pads and were provided only 6. Needed an appliance dolly and I was able to book it but then they called 2 days prior to pickup and said one would not be available. The truck was relatively new yet the A/C was non-operational. Will likely book through another facility in the future.

They are way to packed, not enough room to park, Turn around, and pull out. Very very inconvenient trying to get in and get out of. And they had a big pile Of rocks, right next to our truck, on the driver’s side door, in which I fell completely flat on them. Convient for us- yes, because we live in Saint Clair. If I had another choice, it would not have been at this location. I’ve rented before at a place in Union, a furniture place, and it was way more convenient, more room, and easy to get out of.

Alec AThe lady at St Clair was so nice and helpful However, the fact that we were re-scheduled from Rolla to St Clair was very disappointing I reserved the pick-up location as Rolla because I needed to pick it up in Rolla Not St Clair
